Nic Brown I'm assuming O'Haara is being self-referential in the title of this EP and if so, I have to concur. "You'd Be A Happier Person ..." is a fragrant potpourri of bliss that references trap and drum & bass, amongst other darker forms of beat science, but swaddles their aggressive syncopations in layer upon luxurious layer of swirling, oceanic synth and spun sugar vocal samples. It's all quite wonderful and am I a happier person for listening to it? You betcha. Favorite track: Visiting Hours.
